Consignments


We are currently looking for consignments of Good quality furniture, lamps, jewelry, obscure items, vintage items, vintage toys and firearms.


Our consignment commission rate is 50% of items sold. Large ticket items such as cars and boats are determined on a per item basis.

Auctions


With our On-site Auction House we do all the work, find the best auctioneer for the job and the rest is up to the bidder!  This may make more sense than a traditional estate sale.


Our auction commission is 30% per item selling.

TERMS: Cash-good check w/ID, VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC. Buyer's fee:13%(3% discount for cash/check). 5.1% sales tax. $1.00 bid card fee (valid driver's license required). Any announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material.

We have Certified Personal Property Appraisers by appointment ONLY to assess and value your items and discuss your best options for turning them into CASH.


Additionally, you may email us pictures of your items throughout the week and we will get back to you quickly.
